Vietnamese are really open so just find yourself a lot of native friends.

Hey. You can check out Memrise.com to study vocabulary, simultaneously you should start to speak from Day1, even when you have only a few words and a dictionary next to you. So I guess Italki.com mixed with Memrise.com should do the job quite well for you :)
