"Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig ort/oraibh" is a traditional way to wish someone a happy St. Patrick's Day. The formula "___ sona duit/daoibh" has become a bit of a catch-all greeting for any celebration (perhaps calqued on the English) and is widely used for Paddy's day too.

Beannachtaí na Féile ort/oraibh! - Use this throughout the year for any festival! Blessings/wishes of the festival upon you!

Hi Shawn, I really hope a real speaker will answer soon, but this is what Benny Lewis added at the end of the last LHL newsletter: "Lá Fhéile Pádraig Sona Daoibh" (Happy St. Patrick's Day to you) I'd be interested to know any appropriate phrases as well. :)
