If she currently lives in Poznań, then ask her "Czy ci się podoba mieszkać w Poznaniu? Co ci się w tym mieście podoba?” If she lived there earlier, and you still whant to ask about it, then "Jak ci się podobało mieszkać w Poznaniu?”
