Pozdrav!

http://onlinerecnik.com/ - they have Serbian to English/French/German and back along with a few others. http://www.srpskijezik.com/ - this is a site you must pay for access but it has the most up to date dictionary of Serbian to Serbian (not so great in my opinion though) along with a Grammar Dictionary and Serbian - Italian, Italian - Serbian. http://www.vokabular.org/ - I've not tried this one but it might be good. http://www.ectaco.co.uk/English-Serbian-Dictionary/ - I've also not tried this one but it is based in the UK. For dictionaries in print I have used the ESSE a lot from Institut za strane jezike. They may have an arm of their institute in Novi Sad or at you could probably find the dictionary in some bookstore there. There is also the new blue cover Veliki Sprsko-Engleski Rečnik and the Veliki Englesko-Srpski Rečnik from Prometej Publishers based in Novi Sad but they are more expensive (like about 75 euros apiece!). They have a cheaper older (smaller) version. That would be the best I could recommend!
