First, I want to say that you shouldn't type in all capital letters. It makes it seem like you are shouting, and then people won't want to help as much. Second, I assume you want to talk to native English speakers and don't know how to find them. Here's what you do. In the pink bar at the top of the page, put your mouse over "Community." Then, from the list that comes down, click on "Language Partners." On the page that comes up, you can find language partners. Under "He/She speaks," select "English." Under "He/She's learning," select Turkish. If you want, you can check the "Native Speaker" box to make sure you will only see native English speakers and not people who have learned English. Then, click on the "Browse" button. From the list that comes up, you can try sending messages to some people asking if they want to do language exchange with you. I hope this helps!
