"Czy tęsknisz za (twoje rodzinne miasto)?" Czy to jest poprawnie? In the USA it seems common for people to live far away from the place where they lived when they were a child. We call that place your "hometown," even if your parents or family doesn't live there any longer. Is this also common in Poland? In any case, I would like to be able to ask: Do you miss your hometown? Czy tęsknisz za twoje rodzinne miasto? What do you miss the most (about your hometown)? Co tęsknisz najbardziej (o twoim rodzinnym mieście)? How often do you visit (your hometown)? Jak często odwiedzasz (twoim rodzinnym mieście)? Do you miss your family? Czy tęsknisz za twoją rodziną? Do these questions sound natural in Polish?

Do you miss your hometown? Czy tęsknisz za twoim rodzinnym miastem? What do you miss the most (about your hometown)? Za czym tęsknisz najbardziej (w twoim rodzinnym mieście)? How often do you visit (your hometown)? Jak często je odwiedzasz (twoje rodzinne miasto)? Do you miss your family? Czy tęsknisz za twoją rodziną? - This one is perfect. Yes, we call the city we originated from "miasto rodzinne".
