What's the difference between keep~ing and keep on ~ing? I was watching a Youtube Video, and a woman said "Keep going with my American English pronunciation playlists". What's the difference between 'keep on going' and "keep going"?

They convey the same meaning. It's not the best wording, though. A better word choice, in my opinion, would be "continue."
