I read the article yesterday about the last german language reform but i don't understand do the letter ß use in german now or we use ss?
Yes, it's still used (except in Switzerland). Now it only appears after a long vowel or diphthong, though. Words that had it after a short vowel now use "ss" instead; that's why "daß" has become "dass", for example.
