what does this mean? What does 뿌꾸 means? Please answer me. Than you. ^^

I thing 뿌꾸 is a name of a dog in a cartoon that was broadcast in 1996. The title is "두치와 뿌구" and 두치 is a boy. So, at least, 두치 is a name of something except for a person I think.
