What would be a good German textbook to use? I have purchased several now and have not liked any of them, I'd like something set out like Suomen Mestari, Hyvin Menee or Ny Mål, examples in Finnish and Swedish respectively. I.e both of aforementioned are what are used to teach foreigners having to learn the language quickly by the government. If I were to live in Germany and had intensive lessons, which textbook would I be using? (I realise it will probably be entirely in German, I actually like that as long as it's gradual in progression in difficulty) Thank you for any help :)

Many people I know like "Studio 21" or "Studio d". Apparently you can download them for free as PDF documents. Also, "Deutsche Welle" is a fantastic tool to learn in a creative way! http://www.dw.de/learn-german/level-a1/s-13227 Good luck and have fun :)
