Without Sometimes need to write "without of". In other cases need to write just "without". How can I understand where I must to write this "of"? And why is a difference?

I have never heard of "without of". As far as I am aware, "without" should nev be followed by the preposition "of". Could you provide an example of where you have seen/heard this from native speakers?

Where did you see "without of" used? Is it a text ar just a sentence/statement? Because there is no such mix of words as "without of" in English, it is just a stereotypical mistake of foreigners.
