If I directly translate that, it is "난 이걸 한국어로 적었기때문에 그는 이해하지못할꺼야"
However, it's kind of sound unnatural because we don't often use pronouns which are he and she.
Yes, I know we use them, but they sound like translation.

So my point is if I want to say that, I will say "내가 한국어로 적었기때문에 OO(Name of him)은(는) 이걸 읽지못할꺼야"
