There are not too many busses that travel from Germany to the Netherlands (though there are indeed a few companies), but you can catch a train quite easily. In bigger German cities, you have something called a "Busbahnhof", which literally means "Bus train station" - it's the place where you can find international busses. From which city in Germany do you want to leave and where do you want to go in the Netherlands? That would make it easier to answer.
