In conditional sentences Can the verb"have to" (must) be used in the Past Perfect Tense? If that's so, what cases is it used?I wonder whether the verb is used in conditionals. may be i form the question incorrect , but for instance: If he had not had to work, he would have gone to the theatre or "If he did not have to work , he would have gone to the theatre. I know that the second variant is correct, but what about the first variant of the sentence? Might it be also correct?

Yes, it conjugates as "had had to". You can find plenty of examples by searching for the phrase in quotation marks.
