Shereen (where N is silent), its actually a persian (Iranian) and urdu word which means "Sweet" and BiBi is an actual pashtu word, where it means a "Lady/girl".
finally it means a Sweet girl or sometimes a person call his loved ones (girl friend may be) "Sweety"
