Infinitiv mit "zu"
Hallo! Ist es richtig, dass Infinitiv bei dieser Wiortfolge mit "zu" febraucht wird:
"Es hat zu regnen aufgehört"?

Ja. Ohne "zu" ist es falsch, das Muster ist "aufhören, etwas zu tun". Man kann den Infinitiv auch nachstellen:
Es hat aufgehört zu regnen.
