Start finding a native English language partner, watch English movies, playing games in English, read comics/books in English as well. That's how most people's English improved. Watching youtube tutorials on how to pronounce in English can be useful as well. Communicating via Skype is also helpful.

Make Native English Speakers your language partners, and practice talking with them, asking them to correct you. :)
