How do you say Best of 3 (bo3) in Japanese? Like tennis matches that are played in a best-of-3 sets format. I was thinking it could be something like 「３の最高」

In this case, the ways of say it is a bit different. You can say ベストオブスリーセットマッチ. If I have to say in Japanese, I would say: 3セットを先に取ったほうが勝ち / 3セット先取[せんしゅ]のテニスの試合 Por cierto, la manera básica de "the best of 3", por ejemplo, soy la mayor entre 3 = 私は3人[さんにん]のなかで一番としうえです, 3 + sufijo para contar algo + のなかでいちばん.
