Is this sentence natural? Please add another way of saying it. I owe someone a sum of money. If I say, I wish to be free of my debt to him.

I wish to be free of my debt to him. - I want to pay off my debt to him. * - I want to pay him back. * - I want to clear my debt with him. - I want to pay him off in full. - I want to pay off the debt. * - I no longer wish/want to be indebted to him.
