get off work ? hi, everyone. i want to know, if I want to tell a colleague that his job is done and can go home today. what should i say? you can be dismissed now ? or you can be off work now ? or something else ?

Assuming you are talking to someone who is your subordinate in some way, and you are giving permission, the most common ways: You can go now. It's OK to go now.. Your phrases are both awkward.

Ehi :) You can simply say: you can go home now / you're free to go / You can leave if you're done.
