Grammar - in the singular. It's uncountable. So is 'vocabulary'.

Hi Camilo,
It's "grammar", which is uncountable. The only reason to use "grammars" is if you mean "sets of grammar", ie. comparing the grammar between different languages. You would never use "grammars" within a single language.
