"Turn right at the second turning."Is this sentence correct? In China, teachers think :" Take the second turning on the right" equals " Turn right at the second turning." because there is the sentence " Turn right at the second crossing." But I think "turning" and "crossing" are different.

Usually we say turn at the second corner. They say the same in Spanish as well.

"Turn right at the second turning" is grammatically correct, but sounds awkward and no one ever uses it. "Turn right at the second road" sounds better. "Turn right at the second crossing is also grammatically correct, but can sound ambiguous or unclear, as crossing generally refer to pedestrian crossings.
