Just like Bruno has just explained to you ¿ is a question mark that you use at the beginning of the sentence. When you finish your question, you should put the normal question mark " ? " Also, when you want to write an exclamatory sentence, you should put " ¡ " at the beginning, and when you finish your sentence, you should put the normal sign " ! " If you need Spanish courses with me, don't hesitate to reserve a class or more classes with me. Good luck with your Spanish studies.
