This is kind of hard to translate to Japanese. I'll give you some examples. ・私はここの出身じゃありません。[kind of like "I'm not from here."] ・私の生まれはここじゃありません。[roughly translated "I'm was not born here."] ・私はよそ者です。[basically means "I'm not from here" but sounds more like "I'm an unwelcome outsider."] Hope this helps you.
