ain't real meaning is there any common short form in spoken English to say, I don't and I'm not?. I look for some short form like ain't.

No. There's a massive difference between the verbs "to be" and "to do", and trying to find a single word that manages both verbs will only make you sound very unnatural.

I wouldn't use ain't. it's a slang word and is grammatically incorrect to use at any time
