What is the meaning of expression "clued into this" I read in a text about musicians and bar owners the follow sentence "If more musicians clued into this perspective, the club scene would be much better."

The expression is usually "to be clued into". If you are "clued into" something, you have become familiar with and knowledgeable about something.
