Are these sentences right? Today our boss is in a good mood. Do you know who does the car belong to? To speak the truth, I can’t swim.

The first sentence is fine. The second should be "do you know who the car belongs to?" Or " Do you know whose care it is?" The third is also fine. It is more common to say "to tell you the truth" or "to be honest", but your sentence was grammatically correct, and perfectly fine.

First sentence is good. For the second one, we'd say "Do you know whose car it is?" and for the third, "To tell the truth, I can't swim."

Я не носитель, но дам небольшое пояснение насчет второго предложения. Это пример так называемого embedded question, когда один вопрос (кому принадлежит машина) встроен в другой вопрос (do you know? or could you tell me?, etc). В таких случаях порядок слов в embedded question остается прямым, как в утвердительном предложении. В разговорной речи скажут как предлагает nora. Также можно Do you know to whom the car belongs? Но это очень-очень формально и на практике редко встречается. Третье предложение - to tell you the truth, также есть выражение to be honest.

Second sentence: Do you know who the car belongs to? Third sentence: To tell you the truth, I can't swim.
