say & says i noticed that sometimes u might meet lyrics like "he say blah blah" in stead of "he says blah blah". but due to the english grammar, shouldn't it be like -s structure follows he?

Song lyrics are often very colloquial and should not be used as examples of good grammar. Often they reflect non-standard dialects.

You're right [correct]: grammatically it should be 'he says . . '. In Caribbean English, which may be what this song is written in, people say [although they don't write] : 'he say . . '
