Work Instruction 1.Pick up the material from the box with your right hand. *Key point: Do not hold the shank portion as the part can drop and get damaged. ** "shank" does not make sense, but I'm not sure what you want to say there. :/ Possibly sharp? 2.Check the part visually. *Key point: It should not be dented on the surface, and no dust should be inside the material as the cutting tool can get damaged. 3.Pick up the machined part from locator by the left hand. 4.Keep the material on the locator with your right hand. *Key point: The part should not be inclined on the locator as the part could get damaged or cracked, possibly resulting in injury. 5.Press the start button with your right hand. 6.Check the part visually, and keep the finished part in a box by your left hand. *Key point: To ensure customers do not receive any defect parts, check the surface by rotating 360 degrees in the sequence of A, B, then C. Rule: Stop the machine, call the team leader, and wait for instruction if you notice any abnormalities while working.
