on Phone talk
If caller need someone who is not here, I would say"sorry she is not available now, please call later". Does that okay? or Should it be"she is unavailable now"?
Both are good.
She is not available now.
She is unavailable now.
Other corrections: If a caller needs someone who is not here, should I say.....? Is that okay? Or should it be.....?

"She's not available now" and "she's unavailable now" are both fine.
