Disregard the previous explanation Aleksandra. Here is the dictionary definition. Buçet = Lëshon një zhurmë a krismë të fortë e të menjëhershme. Ushton me një tingull të lartë e të fuqishëm. Gjëmon (Thundering) buçet pushka, buçasin minat, buçet radioja (if the voice is too loud) buçet deti, buçasin duartrokitjet. Like the sound of a very big and powerful waves of the sea. Oshëtin= Oshëtin pylli, oshëtin deti, oshëtin mali, oshëtijne ortekët (avalanche). These are just the examples. As for the definition there wasn't any in the dictionary but the sound it describes is like for example when a strong wind passes through the forest, either continuously or for a brief period. Or like the shhhhhshhss sound that follows after shooting with a rifle in a forest. Something like that.

They truly can't be translated in English because they both denote two different sounds. Bucet is a very strong and continuous sound. Like a mighty torrent. Oshetin is the follow up or the multiplication effect of a sound when you shout, like up in the mountains where the echo carries the sound fair away or the after effect of the echo when shouting up in the mountains where there are clifftops or rocks that cause a repeated echo. Such as in the Northern Alps of Albania. To tell you the truth neither did I know the exact meaning of oshetin : ) despite having read it multiple times on Albanian literature, I had to ask my mother. Good question!
