what is the correct linking word to use?
Hi,
The sentence that I'm trying to fix is :"the government should invest in eeducation, besides creating good working conditions "
I think that I should not use "besides" and I don't know what is the correct linking word to use.
So can you please help me

I think 'in addition to' would work.
