I'm calling you to let you know my meeting finished on time and I will be leaving the office in ten minutes. Actually, something has come up at work and I won't be able to leave for a while." The grammar is perfect too. I'm not a vocal coach or anything so it's difficult for me to pinpoint ways to improve certain things because overall there weren't any obvious errors or anything. There's a few sounds that sound Korean. For the most part it sounds pretty natural though. Your intonation is great too. "minutes" and the "l" sound I guess.
