This clause cannot stand alone as a complete sentence. It seems to me that something must have come before this clause to allow the clause to make sense. For example, "[Something] is very powerful. As powerful as is our soul's call to realization." Another way of saying it would be, "[Something] is as powerful as our soul's call to realization."
