Could you help me translate into Japanese? I am desperate.... insertion/deletion mutations (indels) or specific sequence alterations, respectively. Dimeric ZFNs and TALENs recognize extended sequences consisting of two “half-sites”, each bound by one monomer, and cleave intervening spacer sequences using their dimerizationdependent FokI nuclease domains2, 3. By contrast, monomeric Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 nuclease (hereafter referred to as Cas9) can be directed to cleave specific DNA sequences by an associated ~100 nt single guide RNA (gRNA)4, 5 bearing 17 to 20 nts of target site complementarity at its 5′ end. DNA sites to be cleaved by Cas9 must also lie next to a protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) sequence of the form 5′-NGG6.

I honestly don't think that is possible. My boyfriend is fluent in Japanese and he says it isn't really possible haha This is very advanced english. Most of those words you'd probably have to keep english and just use the inbetween sentences in japanese versions after simplifying them.
