As far as grammar and syntax goes, it's technically correct but I agree with Jason insofar as that it doesn't make much sense. "Hindrance" is a very strange choice. If someone said that, I'd think they were being histrionic.

Your sentence/phrase, in its current form, is not grammatically correct. At least that's what I think. Consider adding a subject that can relate to said 'hindrance' (e.g. I face the hindrance of not being able to speak this language). Alternatively, you can use similar words as a replacement (e.g. I face obstacles).
