My.
How to write a resume I have a question about a resume. I have complicated experiences in my background. I went to college in Japan, and worked for the company. I then went to go to college in the U.S. Do you think that I should write down these experiences in order when I write a resume? Or can I write down my summary like my abilities in the workplace, followed by the U.S. college, work experience, and Japan college?

Typically, if the closer you are out of college, the more likely you are to put academic info and internships at the top of your resume. When you get more experience, the experience tends to go towards the top and internships can "drop off". I would not include a "summary". If you want to summarize your skills, experience, etc., do it in your cover letter. You might be able to include a one or two sentence "objective", however. This really depends on the industry that you want to work in, though. I don't do it on mine, because that's the convention for my field.

Resumes come in many different shapes and forms and many people have their own personal preference. One thing I would recommend is having one section for education and one for experience. It sounds a bit like you were going to mix the education and experience in a chronological manner. I advise against that. Experience and education should be completely separate. Typically your internships are included in the experience section. If you have more specific questions please post. I hope this helps.
