I think " good image " refers to what others think about you, like your reputation , but could it refer to your look as well ? Or just " look good " is ok to mean : you are well dressed and tidy.?

The word 'image' refers to a 'look' or 'picture'. I would say that we use image more for how people present in person - look, hair, clothes, grooming etc.

But also we say that it is not a good image to be seen drunk and aggressive by your boss or friends, for example.
