meaning of a sentence "The first few titles in this series on capitalism and Darwin were illustrated by the British artist Borin van Loon, and they all have remained in print for over two decades." Does the sentence "and they all have remained in print for over two decades" say that "the first few titles of this series have been republished several times during the past two decades"?

Yes this is a Present Perfect sentence. I would read this sentence as being about a book that was published in the past, and has been republished several times in the last two decades. However, without reading the text around your quote, I would assume the two decades would refer to the time of writing, and not necessarily now.
