Just say 한국말로 meat 를/person을 어떻게 말해요?
I think  in your level it doesn't matter for you to use 를/을 correctly.

Just ask like 한국말로----을/를 어떻게 말해요?
You can use either 을or 를.

When your level is going up, you will natually learn the usage of 을 /를. But I think  now the usage is not important for you..

Oh sorry..(한국말로) ----을/를 어떻게 말해요? Is perfect.
을should be said when the last letter of ----has a 받침(final consonant)
를should be said when the last letter of ----dones't have a 받침.

How do you say meat in korean?
한국말로 고기를 어떻게 말해요? (고기 doesn't have a 받침, so 를 is put)

How do you say person in korean?
한국말로 사람을 어떻게 말해요?(사람 has a 받침 ㅁ, so 을 is put)
