The first one, but personally I would modify it with a comma and connective.

"The demand for wooden products will be reduced, causing furniture sales to decline, and perhaps leading people to find products made with more environmentally friendly materials." 1. "Whilst" is a difficult word to use correctly, so you should avoid it; 2. You are talking about the sale of wooden furniture, not furniture companies; 3. Wood is an environmental material—you mean that people may choose materials that don't hurt the environment as much as wood; 4. I've corrected some prepositions.
