Please, Tell me about the use of "walking on the air" and flying on the air? Are there a definition of "flying on the air"? and when can I use these: walking on the air" and flying on the air?? or What's the correct expression for describe to someone who is in class or in another place and that person doesn't pay attention and he is absentminded when someone is asking about something?

"Walking on air" is not correct for that situation- it means you are so happy that you feel like you are flying. For example "when my husband brought me a present I was walking on air". For that situation of dreaming I would just say "dreaming" or "daydreaming" it means not concentrating in class.
