Tomorrow is/will be my birthday. Which is correct/more common, "is" or "will be"?

is: (simple Present) - Here we are using is to convey a fact. (Which is correct) will be: ( Future) - while not grammatically wrong, strikes me as considerably less natural. While I suggest you to use: "It's my birthday tomorrow" That's sound much better
