This is very funny to me. "PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT THE WEED YOU HAVE JUST SMOKED IS OF SUPER QUALITY." Based on the rest of the paragraph, I think it is saying if a women ever finds a man who has all of the qualities, then she is probably on drugs, because no man could ever be that good.
