No to Racism Can I put the article in the sentence? For example: No to THE rascim Can't I put the article because rascim is a noun? Which case can I put the article "the" after "No to"?

Whether or not you can include an article in "No to [something]" depends on the meaning. "Racism" is general, so there is no need to include the "the". If, for some reason, you were talking about something specific you could include the "the", for example "No to the ban on [something]". You would include the "the" because it's talking about a specific ban.
