Please let me correct the mistake in the above answer! If you are spending some time in England, and you are feeling homesick. You'd say to people in England, 'I want to go back to Ukraine'. You'd say to friends and family in Ukraine , 'I want to come back to Ukraine'.

It depends on the relative positions of the speakers. Let's say that you are spending some time in England, and you are feeling homesick. You would say to people in England, 'I want to go back to Ukraine'. You would say to your friends and family in Ukraine , 'I want to go come to Ukraine'. That's the difference.

It depends on where the speaker is. I would say, "Come back home," if I am at home. I would say, "Go back home," if I am not at home.
