Word choice/ Hello, Does this sentence make sense? The balance between A and B must be in equilibrium. I meant to say one has to balance A and B.

These two sentences are good and mean the same: A and B must be in equilibrium. One has to balance A and B. Balance = equilibrium, so you shouldn't use both words in the same clause.
