- "swop" lies is fine. It does sound as if it would be a more familiar phrase spoken in the British dialect. In America we might say, "Me and friends go out talking (four letter word that starts with sh%&" or the proper, "talking bull-crap"
- And for the last one, I understand "let" in British English as "rent" in American but I don't understand the last half of the sentence.
