How to say "if you have a problem come to me"
Is it "もんだい に とき わたし に きて ください"
Or もんだい に とき わたし と むかえ ください
Also is the right form mondai no toki ni... Or mondai ni toki...
I'd say;
もんだいがあるとき、わたしにきいてください。"When you have a problem, please ask me."
もんだいがあったら、わたしにきいてください。"if there's a problem, please ask me".

I would say:
(If you gave a problem) 問題があれば / 問題があったら / 何か問題があれば / 何かあったら / 何かこまることがあれば / 何かこまったら
(come to me) 私のところに来てください / 私に言ってください / 私にきいてください。
