It isn't right. It sounds like something a child might say.
You could say 'I talk IN English', meaning 'converse', as in 'I usually talk in English to my Korean friends.' But if you are referring to your ability to use a language, you always use 'speak' rather than 'talk'.
Interestingly, this is virtually the only situation, apart from idioms and set phrases, where 'speak' and 'talk' are not interchangeable.
